Correct Contract Services Limited was formed in 2007 to service the needs of mainly social housing customers to offer boiler installation services at a more competitive rate whilst providing a quality focussed service to the market. Since then we have grown and developed our services to provide a much broader offering to the market. We now specialise in many other services and technologies whilst keeping our original focus and values for the same clients, of most of whom we have retained throughout.
We now offer services to the social housing market, main contractors/developers, homeowners, businesses and private landlords. We specialise in ensuring your needs are fully met by providing an end to end service, design, installation, warranty assistance and maintenance once complete. Our business strives and continues to grow through the quality of our products, ability and service. Our team is growing and becoming more diverse year on year, allowing us to offer a wider range of services to our clients.
We have invested heavily in IT technology to ensure our support staff from our head office in Andover are as efficient as possible. This investment includes a bespoke management system so we can effectively manage your enquiry from inception through to completion, making it much easier for our staff to process any job or project. This system allows enhanced interaction with our clients and end users. It includes a direct REAL time link to our engineers on site through hand held devices, making it easy to identify an engineer’s progress and update our customers. This greatly helps the customer journey.
CCS is still an independently owned company with its original owners working within the business. Due to this structure our clients’ needs and the customer journey we provide has remained the primary focus of our business with the satisfaction of our customers at its heart.
CCS employs over 70 staff directly with a 24 hour call centre with technical assistance, an Out of Hours emergency service for our customers, and a dedicated customer contact team based at our head office in Andover, Hampshire. We now also have local offices/branches in Yeovil and Reading.

CCS in the community
CCS also work hard to engage with the communities we work in and are very proactive with assisting our clients and staff with community initiatives and charitable events. We work closely with our customers and the local areas in which we work to engage with residents and communities where our help is needed. We also sponsor local charity events and assist with community labour days, health screening in the community and are always on the lookout for new initiatives where we can make a difference to the lives of our customers who are most in need of help.
We also offer apprenticeships and training schemes for young people struggling to secure employment in the industry, or for older people coming back to work.
