Correct Contract Services Limited was formed in 2007 to service the needs of mainly social housing customers offering boiler installation services at a more competitive rate whilst providing a quality focussed service to the market. Since then, we have grown and developed our services to provide a much broader offering. We now specialise in many other services and technologies whilst keeping our original focus and values for the same clients, most of whom we have retained throughout.
We offer services to the social housing market, businesses, and private customers. We specialise in whole house energy efficiency including all elements of fabric improvements, specialist heating, hot water, renewable energy, and electrical systems. Our business strives and continues to grow through the quality of our products and service. Our team is growing and becoming more diverse year on year, allowing us to offer a wider range of services to our clients.
CCS can manage whole of house retrofit, service and maintenance of heating and hot water systems. This includes compliance testing, all-inclusive maintenance contracts, capital, and planned improvements to housing stock for Local authorities and Registered social landlord housing stocks across the whole of the UK.
We have invested heavily in IT technology and specialist personnel to ensure our support staff from our head office in Andover are as efficient and experienced as possible. This investment includes a bespoke management system so we can effectively manage your enquiry from inception through to completion, making it much easier for our staff to process any job or project. This system allows enhanced interaction with our clients and end users, along with a direct REAL time link to our engineers on site through handheld devices. This makes it much easier to identify an engineer’s progress and update our customers. CCS now also employ specialist energy efficiency staff including retrofit designers, advisors, assessors, and coordinators to manage all aspects of our work in compliance with all industry standards thus ensuring you and your customers are always in safe hands.
CCS is still an independently owned company with its original owners still working within the business. Due to this structure, our clients’ needs and the service we provide have remained the primary focus of our business with the satisfaction of our customers at its heart.
CCS employs over 160 staff directly with a 24-hour customer contact centre with technical assistance, an OOH emergency service for our customers, and a dedicated admin team based at our head office in Andover, Hampshire.
Within our management team at CCS, we have a wealth of experience from our Directors to our Apprentices. Staff are selected based on their experience within our sector, their qualifications, suitability, skill set and customer service skills. We incorporate CCS Values into our recruitment strategy and then continue through the employee’s journey, through performance and training. In 2012 CCS invested in a bespoke IT system and state of the art vehicle tracking to enhance our service for our customers by improving our control and communication with field staff and ultimately improving our service. This enables us to process every single job from start to finish in one system and allows full real time reporting to our back office via an engineer PDA platform.
The implementation of this system has allowed CCS to increase its performance against ALL client KPIs and attend nearly 100% of our jobs within the required time frames. It also allows us to hold the most relevant resident/customer information for our clients whilst complying with all data protection laws.

CCS in the community
CCS also work hard to engage with the communities we work in and are very proactive with assisting our clients and staff with community initiatives and charitable events. We work closely with our social housing clients to engage their residents and communities where our help is needed. We also sponsor local charity events and assist with community labour days, health screening in the community and are always on the lookout for new initiatives where we can make a difference to the lives of our client’s residents or our customers who are most in need of help.
We also offer apprenticeships, managed learning programme and short-term training schemes for those who strive to secure employment within the industry.
