In April 2021, Correct Contract Services was selected by Sanctuary Housing to undertake a whole home energy efficiency contract. Originally financed by client funds, the contract expanded when government funding became available through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). This prompted CCS to adjust their services to align with the new requirements, including installing measures like insulation, windows, doors, ventilation, and renewable energy systems.

CCS carefully considered the needs of residents, energy savings, air quality enhancements, and overall comfort when planning measures for each property. They oversaw all aspects of the project, from evaluation to implementation, customer interaction, and financial planning. Utilising innovative strategies and leveraging various funding sources, CCS was able to maximise government contributions and successfully complete projects within deadlines.

The collaboration between CCS and Sanctuary Housing has resulted in substantial growth, with more than 750 properties renovated annually and an increased budget of 12 million. CCS's dedication to excellence has positioned them as the exclusive Principal Contractor for Sanctuary Housing, demonstrating their proficiency in delivering outstanding results for energy efficiency initiatives.
