Subsidised Bootcamp
Get fitter, feel better, and have fun!
Every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM, CCS offers a subsidised fitness bootcamp for our Andover staff. Led by friendly and motivating Personal Trainer Ben Hodgson (@benhodgsonpt on Instagram), these sessions are a brilliant way to boost your health, meet colleagues, and blow off some steam after work.
Whether you're a complete beginner or a gym regular, the bootcamp is for everyone. Ben tailors the workout to each person's ability, so you’re always supported, and never judged.
A strong sense of camaraderie has built among the group. As one of our Planned Gas Install Schedulers, Tanith Burdock, puts it:
"The social side of mixing with people from other departments has been great.
I'm sleeping much better on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Although I never look forward to it, I find myself happy and singing on the way home – I’m not usually like that during my commute! 😂

Just send your mobile number to HR, and they will add you.
Whether you’re a regular gym-goer or a total beginner, the sessions are welcoming, inclusive, and a great way to build some healthy habits.

Ben is kindly offering your first session completely free, so you can try it out with no pressure.
After that, sessions are just £3 each, with CCS covering half the cost to keep it affordable for everyone.
