CCS & Sanctuary Offering Support

CCS Continue Collaborating with Sanctuary to Support Struggling Residents

We’re proud to share that CCS is continuing its partnership with Sanctuary by contributing further to their social value initiatives and in addition we'll be working together on the CCS Winter Fuel Support programme.

Ongoing Support for Sanctuary’s ‘Hardship Fund’ Project

In 2023, CCS donated £10,000 to Sanctuary’s ‘Hardship Fund’ initiative, which provides crucial assistance to people in need. Whether it’s for food, fuel, or essential items when moving into social housing, this project ensures help reaches those who need it most.

Some new residents move into housing with minimal belongings or means to acquire essentials like furniture, cooking utensils, cleaning products, or clothing. With the combined efforts of CCS, Sanctuary, and their suppliers, a large number of residents have already received vital support.

To keep this momentum going, CCS has added another £5,000 to this essential fund.

Sanctuary On Board The CCS Winter Fuel Support Initiative

As winter approached, CCS committed £10,000 to assist those facing fuel poverty. However, distributing funds effectively to those in need proved challenging. After discussions with Sanctuary, it became clear they had the infrastructure to allocate these funds as fuel vouchers, ensuring they directly benefit households in crisis.

We are thrilled to announce that CCS has partnered with Sanctuary to allocate an initial £5,000 for fuel vouchers, turning cold households into warm homes.
