CCS Secures Contract with Stonewater for Electrical Testing & Renewable Maintenance

CCS is delighted to announce that we have been awarded a significant contract with Stonewater, a leading housing association in the UK, for the provision of Electrical Testing & Renewable Maintenance services.

This multi-year contract will see CCS responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of electrical safety services across Stonewater’s extensive property portfolio. Our scope of work includes:

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs): Conducting thorough inspections and testing of electrical installations to ensure they meet current safety standards.
Emergency Lighting Testing: Ensuring the proper functioning of emergency lighting systems to maintain safety during power outages.
Fire Alarm Testing: Regularly inspecting and testing fire alarm systems to ensure they are in full working order.
