Correct Contract Services Joins Cardo Group
Correct Contract Services (CCS) is proud to announce that it has joined Cardo Group, marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s continued growth.
Founded in 2007 by Danny Gladwyn and Trevor Dempsey, CCS has grown from a local, specialist heating contractor into one of the UK’s leading providers of compliance, energy and retrofit services.
Today, more than 280 colleagues support local authorities, housing associations and communities across the UK, delivering services to over 50,000 homes and properties.
Joining Cardo Group represents the next stage of that journey.
The partnership brings together two businesses with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality services, creating safer and more energy-efficient homes, and building long-term relationships with customers and communities.
For CCS, becoming part of Cardo provides the additional scale, investment and wider capability to support its ambitious growth plans, while retaining the people, expertise and customer-focused approach that have underpinned the business for almost two decades.
CCS will continue to operate with its established team and existing client relationships, with customers continuing to work with the people they know and trust.
At the same time, being part of the wider Cardo Group will create opportunities to expand CCS's capabilities, invest further in its people and services, and support customers with an even broader range of property maintenance, compliance and energy solutions.
A proud milestone
Danny Gladwyn, Managing Director of Correct Contract Services, said:
“This is an incredibly proud moment for CCS and represents the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the business.
“When Trevor and I started CCS in 2007, we could never have imagined quite how far the business would come. What began as a small team focused on heating services has developed into an organisation employing more than 280 people and supporting tens of thousands of homes across the country.
“That growth has only been possible because of the people within CCS. Their commitment, expertise and determination to deliver for our customers have shaped the business we are today, and this milestone belongs to the entire team.
“Joining Cardo gives us the opportunity to build on everything we have achieved so far. We retain the people, culture and customer relationships that make CCS successful, while gaining the backing, investment and wider capability of a larger group.
“For our clients, partners and colleagues, this is about creating more opportunity while preserving what works. We are hugely excited about what the next chapter holds.”
Building on strong foundations
CCS has experienced significant growth in recent years, expanding its capabilities across heating, electrical compliance, planned maintenance and large-scale energy efficiency and retrofit programmes.
Its teams now work with housing providers and public sector organisations across the UK, helping customers maintain safe, compliant homes while supporting the transition towards warmer, more energy-efficient housing.
Becoming part of Cardo will allow CCS to build on these foundations and further strengthen its ability to invest in people, technology and service delivery.
Liam Bevan, CEO of Cardo Group, said:
“CCS has built an excellent reputation for technical expertise, strong customer relationships and commitment to quality. We’re delighted to welcome entire CCS team into the Cardo Group.
“This marks an important milestone as we expand our footprint across the south of England and continue to deliver safer and more energy-efficient homes for communities.”
Looking ahead
While joining Cardo represents an important milestone, the day-to-day commitment of CCS remains unchanged.
Clients will continue to receive the same focus on quality, customer service and dependable delivery from the teams they already work with.
For CCS, the focus now is firmly on the future: investing in its people, strengthening its services, creating new opportunities and continuing the sustainable growth that has defined the business over the past 19 years.
