Exciting NEW Partnership Announcement: Whole of Home Retrofit Contract with Brunelcare
We are thrilled to announce that CCS has successfully secured a long-term Whole of Home Retrofit contract with Bristol-based charity, Brunelcare. This partnership marks a significant step forward in our commitment to enhancing energy efficiency and comfort for residents in our community.
Under the terms of this agreement, we will begin with a project involving 55 properties at one of Brunelcare’s sheltered housing sites in south Bristol. These essential improvements aim to enhance energy efficiency and decrease energy consumption in the homes, while also fostering a more comfortable living environment for residents. We understand the importance of maintaining a high quality of life for all, and this project perfectly aligns with that objective.

- High Heat Retention Storage Heaters
- LED Lighting Upgrades
- Ventilation
- Upgraded Windows
- Flat Roof Replacement
