The SHDF Wave 3 program provides two key pathways for applicants seeking funding:
- Challenge Fund: Applicants using this route must generally submit proposals that encompass at least 100 eligible social housing properties with Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings between D and G. However, small social housing landlords may have different eligibility criteria.
- Strategic Partnerships: This route is available for a select group of organisations with a demonstrated history of effectively delivering projects at scale. These entities can apply for funding through a Strategic Partnership, benefiting from a collaborative approach to meet housing needs.
