CCS Secures Contract with Southern Housing

Delivering Energy-Efficiency Upgrades to 500 Homes

Correct Contract Services (CCS) is pleased to announce the award of a significant new contract with Southern Housing, supporting the delivery of essential energy-efficiency upgrades to 500 properties between now and March 2028. The programme is partly funded through the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund, helping to improve the comfort, performance, and sustainability of social housing across the UK.

Under this new partnership, CCS will deliver a comprehensive package of retrofit measures designed to lower energy consumption, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance living conditions for residents.

These works will include:

Solar PV installations to generate clean, renewable electricity
Air Source Heat Pumps to provide efficient, low-carbon heating
Insulation upgrades to reduce heat loss and improve overall home warmth
Ventilation improvements to support healthy indoor air quality

These upgrades will help residents enjoy warmer, healthier, and more energy-efficient homes, while enabling Southern Housing to progress its long-term sustainability and decarbonisation commitments.
