Job Purpose:

Provides office support services by implementing commercial systems, procedures, policies and general assistance for the estimating, accounts and Buying Departments.

Duties:

  • Works within the commercial team, assisting where directed, in a pro-active and professional manner.
  • Takes ownership, and controls the stock taking policy, inputting data onto the system (Protean) and providing updates and reports as requested.
  • Provide support and assistance with the estimating process from cradle to grave using the Cypher estimating package.
  • Placing orders for materials and services as directed by Commercial Director and using the Protean system.
  • Helping with Fleet management and collating paperwork and arranging services etc.
  • Where possible, assist Stores Team with Goods Received Notes and booking out of materials.
  • Compiling O&M Manuals and product books for the clients and site engineers.
  • Maintaining pricing files and monitoring trends in spend and product usage.
  • Updating the supplier terms onto the estimating system Cypher.
  • Provide support for compliance and monitoring of ISO policies.
