As a Junior Project Manager in the Electrical department, you will support the delivery of Electrical Heating Installation and the Test and Inspection programmes, particularly within the social housing sector. You will assist in managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance and electrical safety regulations are adhered to, while upholding high standards of client satisfaction, commercial control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing site supervisors and electrical teams to ensure adherence to programme specifications and compliance with electrical regulations.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement processes to enhance project efficiency.
- Help manage project schedules, meetings, and regular client updates, ensuring that deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Contribute to commercial reporting, including budget management, financial forecasting, and cost tracking for electrical projects.
- Assist in training and developing team members to maintain a high standard of technical knowledge and skill.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely reporting and troubleshooting any challenges or delays in the electrical scope of the project.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant contractual agreements, industry standards, and electrical safety protocols.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electrical project or site management, preferably in the social housing or renewable energy sector.
- Basic understanding of operational and commercial processes, including budgeting, planning, and reporting.
- Awareness of NICEIC regulations, and electrical installation standards is desirable.
- IT proficiency, including the use of project management software and customer-facing systems.
