Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain company standards by working efficiently, safely, and with high-quality finish.

· Adhere strictly to industry codes of practice and company procedures.

· Conduct repairs and minor works, including breakdowns and emergency calls.

· Organize parts ordering and manage job requirements for efficient issue resolution.

· Complete job documentation using the mobile PDA device and back-office system.

Key Duties

· Liaise with residents and clients to ensure clear communication.

· Keep PPE and equipment in working order and appointments on schedule.

· Attend staff briefings and company events as required.

· Coordinate with engineers and staff to meet project targets.

· Complete and submit job sheets, certificates, and weekly timesheets accurately.

Skills/Qualifications

· Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing.

· Skills: Competence in trade, strong punctuality, professionalism, flexibility, and familiarity with PDA devices.

Experience Required

· Minimum of 3 years in plumbing, ideally within social housing.

· Direct experience working with residents and clients.

· Clean UK driving license and DBS check required.
